• Controlled access garage motorcycle or scooter parking.  $35.00 per month, $35.00 refundable deposit

ADDITIONAL STORAGE

• Controlled access additional storage is available
• Price range of $25.00 - $50.00, depending on size
• Storage area sizes vary, averaging 3ft x 5ft x 6 ft

Check with your leasing agent for more information. Most, if not all, utilities can be arranged for at move in.  Applications for service will be provided.

Water, sewer & garbage 

• Billed to Residents monthly by Billing Associates Northwest.
• Cost is figured on a per occupant ratio based on actual bills and shared with the owner

Renters Insurance

• Valid proof of renters insurance is required at move in
